Gourmet d'Expert® 陰陽火鍋專用電氣煎鍋 EP-PFC20

I picked this up mainly for hot pot nights and the two-pan setup has been great, but the griddle plate is what surprised me. I've used it for bacon and eggs on weekend mornings, and cleanup is way easier than my old stovetop setup.

The divider in the deep pan actually keeps both broths separate, so my spicy side stayed spicy while my girlfriend's milder broth didn't get contaminated. Heating was even across the whole pan too, no hot spots. Been using it every weekend since it arrived.

Swapped the griddle plate in for a weekend brunch and it handled pancakes and bacon at the same time without any hot spots. Cleanup was easier than I expected too, since the pan lifts right out of the base.
