The drip pan actually catches everything, so cleanup is way easier than I expected. Steaks come out with nice grill marks and there's barely any grease left on the plate.

I've been using this thing almost every night for veggies and chicken, and cleanup is the part that surprised me most. The drip pan catches all the grease so nothing pools around the food, and it wipes out in a couple minutes. Way less smoke than my old stovetop pan too.

Grilled salmon fillets came out with crisp edges and the whole kitchen didn't smell like a fryer. Cleanup was quick since the drip pan slides right out. Steaks on a Tuesday night now feel easy.
