The Gourmet d'Expert® Electric Skillet is a multi-functional electric skillet with a large cooking pan ideal for sautéing, stewing and grilling. The cooking pan is 2-1/4-inch deep and10-5/8-inch in diameter, with a durable ceramic nonstick coating. All surfaces that come into contact with food or beverages are free of PFAS (including PTFE and PFOA) as well as BPA.
