Finally, a rice spatula that doesn't flex and bend when I'm scooping out the last grains; the firm, angled edge gets every bit of rice out of the corners.

I've been using this spatula with my rice cooker for a few weeks now, and the non-stick coating actually works—no more rice stuck to the paddle. The handle is just the right length to keep my hand away from the steam.

The curved edge fits perfectly along the bottom of my cooker, getting every last grain without scratching the nonstick surface. It’s just the right stiffness to scoop without bending.
