Two Zojirushi promotional gifts explained: the FriXion Pen and the 2025 Rice Bowl Set. Learn eligibility, timing, and what to check before you buy.
Quick answer
The Zojirushi FriXion Pen is a free gift item offered through the Zojirushi Online Store, while the 2025 Rice Bowl Set was a time-limited gift with purchase of select IH or Pressure IH rice cookers between January 6 and February 2, 2025, or while supplies lasted. Check current availability before you order.
Why the two gifts work differently
The FriXion Pen is listed as a free gift item on its own, so it may be added to an order without a specific qualifying purchase. The Rice Bowl Set 2025 was tied to a promotion window and a qualifying rice cooker, which means its availability depended on both timing and the model you bought. That difference matters when you are deciding whether a gift is still obtainable or only a historical promotion.
What to confirm before you count on a gift
Because gift-with-purchase offers can end or sell out, confirm the current promotion terms on the product page or at checkout. The catalog does not list option types for either gift, so do not assume color or size choices. If a gift is essential to your decision, treat it as a bonus rather than a guaranteed part of the purchase.
Zojirushi gift questions answered
- Is the Zojirushi FriXion Pen really free?
- Yes. The catalog lists it as a free gift item offered through the Zojirushi Online Store. It is a promotional pen, not a paid product, and no purchase requirement is stated in the supplied facts. Check the cart at checkout to see whether the pen is added automatically or requires a code.
- Can I still get the 2025 Rice Bowl Set?
- The promotion ran from January 6, 2025 through February 2, 2025, or while supplies lasted, with a purchase of any Induction Heating or Pressure IH rice cooker. Since that window has passed, availability depends on remaining stock or any current replacement offer. Look for a current gift-with-purchase notice on the rice cooker product page before assuming the bowl set is included.
- Which rice cookers qualified for the bowl set?
- The supplied facts name any Induction Heating (IH) or Pressure IH rice cooker as qualifying. Micom or other non-IH models are not listed as eligible for this particular gift. If you want a similar gift in a future promotion, start by choosing an IH or Pressure IH model.
- Do I need a code to receive a Zojirushi free gift?
- The catalog does not state whether a code is required. Some gifts are added automatically when eligibility is met, while others may need a code at checkout. Confirm on the promotion page or in your cart. If a gift does not appear in your cart, contact customer service before placing the order.
- What is included in the Zojirushi Rice Bowl Set 2025?
- The set includes two Zojirushi-imprinted rice bowls and two sets of Zojirushi-imprinted chopsticks. It is described as a $40 value. This is a two-person set, so it fits a couple or small household better than a large family.
